The Ingredients

  • 2 lobsters, cooked and chopped
  • 240 ml mayonnaise
  • 30 ml lemon juice
  • 15 ml Dijon mustard
  • 1 celery stalk, finely chopped
  • 60 ml red onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Mixed greens (arugula, spinach, etc.) for serving
  • Optional: cherry tomatoes, avocado slices, or cucumber slices for garnish

The Method

  • Serves 4
  • Boil lobsters in salted water for about 10-12 minutes or until bright red. Let them cool, then remove the meat and chop into bite-sized pieces.
  • In a large bowl, mix mayonnaise, lemon juice, and Dijon mustard until smooth.
  • Add the chopped lobster, celery, red onion, and parsley to the dressing. Mix until all ingredients are well coated.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste. Adjust lemon juice or mayonnaise if needed.
  • Place a generous scoop of lobster salad on a bed of mixed greens. Garnish with cherry tomatoes, avocado slices, or cucumber slices if desired.
